to: Country Manager Channels India & SAARC
Role Details.
ΓΌ Own the business & manage channel
capacity & capability within territory
ΓΌ Weekly and Qtrly Forecasting by partner
with high degree accuracy.
ΓΌ Business acumen to develop, coach and drive
accountability with channels.
ΓΌ Role model for partner community and
ability to command respect within the channel eco system (trusted advisor) by
leading channels.
ΓΌ To have the ability to multitask and manage
transaction volume across the partners they will manage.
ΓΌ To work through cross functional &
sales teams to help achieve overall business objectives.
ΓΌ High degree of comfort with common business
tools – Sales Force, MS Office etc.
