Job Description
I. Hiring Processes
• Consults with and advises management regarding
hiring needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
• Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
• Initiates contact with possible qualified candidates for specific positions
• Determines which candidates to contact and which to to refer for additional interviews within Pivotal
• Manages the hiring and feedback process for their candidates.
• Determines appropriate recruiting vehicles to leverage for each job opening
• Represents Sapient at various recruiting events
• Develops and maintains contact with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
• Ensures on-going communication with applicants during the recruitment process
II. Communication
• Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and it’s
opportunities
• Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants& clients

III. Partnership
• Works with external recruiters and freelancers to
identify and recruit candidates
• Coaches less experienced recruiters on the team.

Skills
3 – 8 years experience in recruitment/search
firm
2-3years experience in Sales, presales, marketing
roles
Experience in networking, head hunting, mapping the
competitors
Experience in hiring for IT Technology, IT Product Companies or Engineering companies
Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task accordingly
Experience presenting information and responding to questions from groups of clients and the general public
Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals of professional journals Experience creating reports and writing business correspondence
