Required skills:

* Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
* Strong communication skills - ability/experience of working in a Cross-Geo team.

* Understanding of software testing concepts, methods & software Quality Factors.
* Hands on test execution & automation experience - using/developing automation frameworks.
* Proficient in at least 1 or 2 programming/scripting language (Java/Ruby/C++/Perl/Python etc).
* Understanding & knowledge of object oriented programming concepts.
* Exposure & Knowledge of Operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows) & Networking domain.

* Good team player & ability/experience to work in Agile methodologies.
