Job Title: Sales Manager/Account
Manager (Oil & Gas), India
Reports to: Head of Oil
& Gas Sales, India
Job Purpose: To provide high level sales and business development covering the Oil and Gas industry or specific
accounts as assigned by Head of Oil and Gas Sales, India.
Dimensions: The post requires the ability to work at all levels of our targeted
industries and with all key personals India.
Principal Accountabilities
·
Plan and implement
solution sales tactics and strategies, account management, client relationship
development and related aspects as necessary to achieve net revenue target in
the assigned territories by Head of Oil and Gas Sales.
·
Identifying and
realising new business opportunities i.e. creating a strong Pipeline.
·
Plan and organise all
related sales activities starting from prospecting, qualifying, initial
contact, arranging techno commercial presentation, technical demonstrations,
quotation, assist in payment collection as well as to ensure customer
satisfaction.
·
Comply with Company
price guidelines, licensing policies and other written and verbal communication
from the management.
·
To ensure sales
documentations to support revenue booking are duly signed.
·
To support
management with all the market related information

The role requires

Knowledge, Skills
& Experience Required
·
Minimum 6 years
working experience in the similar position preferably in the same industry or
an IT industry with the ability to develop and implement solution sales
strategies.
·
Proven ability to
sell at all levels with Customers.
·
Knowledge of the Oil
& Gas industry.
·
Possesses strong
business acumen.
·
Possesses good
communication and PR skills.
·
Possesses an
outstanding record of achievements in solution selling.
·
Possesses a high
degree of drive and enthusiasm.
·
Possesses good
analytical and problem solving skills.
·
A graduate with
engineering degree is preferred.
