Job Title: Partners Readiness Program Manager

Reports to: Director of Global Technical Alliances - USA


This role will be a Readiness Program Manager. The individual will be a critical team player collaborating and contributing on the overall Global SI/SO community Program Manager for an assigned program/s. We value a team approach with individual accountability, a sense of urgency, while iteratively developing readiness solutions with respect for all viewpoints.

Roles/Responsibilities include: (This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Global Technical Alliances - USA)

·         In this a full-time contract position working as a vendor for Company.   
·         You will be responsible for managing all aspect of partner readiness
  • Getting Training Vendors quotes
  • Selection of Training Vendors
  • Managing attendees
  • Working with the global partners
  • Getting the partner training requirements
  • Working with our HQ office (Palo Alto, CA – USA)
  • Generating Statement of Work, Invoicing and PO Creation
  • Managing Partner Event Days
  • Building quarterly Training plans for the partners
  • Budget Management
·         As the Partners Readiness Program Manager, you will act as the lead adviser and SME to the world-wide SI/SO team. 
·         Work very closely with Global Technical Managers and Global Account Managers and with Partners
·         Accountable for enabling field and partner sellers to successfully sell the assigned product/s to meet/exceed company, team and personal growth and revenue goals. This includes delivering Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), 1:1 training.
·         Must be proactive in developing and nurturing relationships with partners and training vendors.
·         Manage the ADDIE (Assess, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) life cycle of a readiness program/s as assigned, including internal and external resource and budget management within budget targets. This includes the spectrum from small group interactions to large group events such as workshops, webcasts, training classes, sales summits and bootcamps.
·         Understands and apply to readiness programs and initiatives.
·         Understands field sales roles
·         Moderate travel (10%) required within India.
Desired Skills and Experience

Experience required:
·         5+ years of successful program and readiness management.
·         Working for international software company.
·         Ability to work with global teams (Europe, Americas and India)
·         Delivered presentations to diverse audiences
·         Event planning
·         Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
·         Experience using collaboration solutions such as WebEx is preferred
·         Experience delivering sales readiness and training preferred
·         4 year college degree is preferred

·         Operational excellence goals are met/exceeded including:
·         Budget management – program and T&E within 5% of target on a quarterly basis.
·         Administrative duties are completed on time and within teams’ standard practices.
·         Successful delivery of planned learning events as assigned
·         Meet learning objectives of owned events as determined by the attendees and team within the appropriate timeframe
·         Overall learning event evaluations are on average 90% positive for owned events
·         Recognized as a leader by field, team, and other colleagues
