Lead Company Project Implementations, requirement
analysis, blueprint design and gap analysis workshops, rollouts,
end user trainings, and support engagementsto
identify the best practice.
•
Should be adept at customer handling, scope handling,
resource management, project planning & execution, change management and
other Project management areas.
•
Should be able to drive Technical discussions with
Customers, at an Architecture/Design level with SAP and Company Solutions.
•
Should be willing to contribute in the roll out of Company
Packaged offering and solutions.
•
Should be self-driven/motivated & should be able to
drive/motivate the team.
•
Candidate must have excellence communications (Written &
Verbal) in English and Hindi.
•
Should be able to create & make presentations to the
stakeholders.
•
Candidate should be open for travel within & outside
India.
•
PMP certification is added advantage.
Required
Skills Experience
·
Overall 10+ years of SAP Implementation experience, with a
minimum of 4-5 end to end implementations.
·
3+ years of project management experience in
project implementations using formal project
management methodology, techniques and tools.Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as, projectcharter, project management plan, status reports, project timesheets, communications plan, budget and schedule.

Demonstrated experience in managing issues,
scope and quality while bring projects to successful
completion within the cost and time requirements.

Past Implementation experience onSAP R/3 (ECC 5.0/6.0)
Technologies of OO ABAP, Workflows, WebDynPro is needed.
·
Experience onSAP Data Archiving, SAP Document archiving, Printlisit
archiving/ Dartis highly preferred.
·
Past Implementation experience of any of the Company SAP
Solutions (IXOS, VIM, ExtECM) is highly preferred.
·
Knowledgeable in one
of more SAP core ECC functional modules, preferably SD module.
·
Willingness to work on Short to
Long term projects at customer locations in India and globally.
·
Excellent analytical and
problem solving skills.
Required
Education
Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science or
related subject.
