Position: Product Sales Manager:
Location: Bangalore
Level: Manager
In this role, you will be
managing the product responsibility end to end. You will play a key role within
the Voice & Data (V&D) division for OEM insight as well
as in input to the overall Strategic Product Planning process.
Job Description:
·
Communicate
with Marketing and Sales team to gather product requirements from the customer.
Techno commercial experience in Networking (Layer 2, Layer 3).
Techno commercial experience in Networking (Layer 2, Layer 3).
·
5 to 8 years experienced in sales
/ pre-sales: expertise in any one of
Cisco, Alcatel Junipur, Extreme data portfolios)
·
Technology management, Delivery Management, Supporting Sales team in technical discussions, Project estimations, proposal preparation, customer discussions, revenue accountability, team building etc.
Prepare Design Proposal with Technical specifications, planning details, resource efforts etc. with sales team to present to customer
Interact and communicate effectively with cross- functional groups including Sales, Channel partners & OEM
Execute with a focus on customer satisfaction by actively engaging and resolving customer issues

Performs/contracts teardown and functional assessments
of competitive products as needed. Works closely with the Manager of
Alliances and Partnerships to analyze opportunities with outside partners.

Perform assessment of consumer
and customer (OEM) “value propositions” with the objective of clarifying and
quantifying logical and emotional reasons for purchase. Communicates this
information to ensure success of sales activities for new categories,
components, software, materials, etc.

Strong problem-solving skills
& willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
Interact with the
Sales/Accounts at a lead stage and channel partners to understand the customer
needs and come up with a positioning strategy- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in the domain
- Responsible for creating and keeping sales collaterals up-to-date Case Studies, sales decks, brochures etc.
