Job Description
Position - Pre-Sales Engineer
Location - Mumbai
- 5 to 8 years experienced in pre-sales: expertise in any one of Avaya, cisco, Alcatel (voice and data portfolios)
- 5 to 8 years experienced in pre-sales: expertise in any one of Avaya, cisco, Alcatel (voice and data portfolios)
-To run proactive and reactive (RFXs) and liaise
with unified communication and contact centre support for solution, proposal
response and pricing.
Campus network
design experience LAN/WAN, SDWAN solution expertise.
- Ability to work on key drivers, challenges identification and solution conceptualization for proposal
- Understanding customer competition, partner and solution landscape and providing strategic inputs for bid response and controlling the flow and approach
- Participation and contribution for win strategy for RFP/RFI during proposal stage and solution design phase
- Adhere to presale process and metrics and provide timely updates to vertical management
- Interact with the Sales/Accounts at a lead stage and channel partners to understand the customer needs and come up with a positioning strategy
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in the domain
- Responsible for creating and keeping sales collaterals up-to-date Case Studies, sales decks, brochures etc.
- Contact centre, UC , EPABX video solutions and networking business knowledge
- Presales/Solutioning mind set
- High energy, self-driven individual with excellent communication skills
- Collaborative and works well in team environment
