Ø Getting invited
to bid for RFI’s and RFP from existing & New clients
Ø Partner with
major technology companies & larger Outsourcing companies to forge
consortium bids.
Ø Seeking niche
positioning and secure subcontracting bids aligned to the specialty focus of Organisation.
Ø Target to
bid large deals thereby establishing a footprint in auto, defense, engineering
& education industry vertical.
Ø Work with
delivery teams & create customer reference testimonials.
Ø Map & Align
with analyst community and secure positive traction on company’s core
focus areas.
Ø Achieve Revenue
– Plan & Quota Objectives.
Ø Present the
Leadership team on monthly . quarterly and annual business pipeline forecast.
Ø Build a sales
support organization to scale at addressing multiple bids , conceive
collaterals & work on targeted bids using war rooms.
Ø Mentor inside
sales support team with an objective to work on client relationship as well as
market coverage for lead generation.
Ø Set up an
scalable account management practice and review system to effectively message
to influence groups in clients CXX target points.
Ø Nurture and
Curate a C Suite sales contact plank for Organisation Executive Teams connect.
Ø Evolve customer
connect initiatives to proactively identify issues and redresses escalations.
Ø Elevate client
relationship discipline to elevate relationships with clients into partnership
status.
Ø Take up speaker
slots at industry forums to cascade company strategy , value proposition and
positioning to the highest vantage possible.
