Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Drive the revenue strategy to meet revenue goals, and map it out across the marketing and sales teams, partnering with the CEO to ensure the strategy aligns with organization’s mission and goals.
- · Bring a unified view of customer interactions across the marketing and sales teams and put the strategies, tools, and metrics in place that will have the greatest positive impact on revenue growth.
- · Measurement and analysis of sales and marketing productivity across the entire revenue cycle;
- · Help drive enhancements to existing products and services based on customer and market insight, and provide input into new-product development.
- · Leverage solid financial skills and the ability to keep the bottom line in mind when evaluating expenditures.
- · Drive strategic business-unit planning, developing ambitious but reasonable revenue projections and thoughtful expense plans as part of annual budgeting and reforecasting.
- · Acceleration Plan: The CRO will create and implement a plan to create demand and achieve revenue results on targeted revenue producing streams.
- · Revenue Generation Process: The CRO will create, install, and manage a complete revenue process
- · Pipeline Management: In order to assure that profitable revenue targets will be achieved, the CRO will monitor revenue pipelines of each revenue stream to determine in advance the level of risk to obtaining desired goals and what adjustments should ultimately be implemented to accelerate revenue.
- · Marketing: The CRO will create and implement marketing initiatives that support the Revenue Acceleration Plan.
- · Functional Alignment: The CRO will work with the other executives to continually improve alignment of each functional group to support

Experience & Education
- · Right execution and result oriented towards enterprise market
- · Coming up with sales strategy to double Organization’ s revenues
- · Experience in developing & driving the Sales Strategy
- · Strong in IT services background / Solution framework – structuring / negotiations / closure with the client etc
- · There should be no Travel restrictions
- · A strong team player, dynamic and having played such roles in the past.
- · Demonstrated ability to understand and manage sales funnels and pipelines.
- · Thought-leadership skills, e.g., understanding key customer-value drivers.
- · Strong data and analytic skills.
- · Business acumen: As a business leader first, as CRO you will regularly measure and
- analyze productivity and effectiveness, create market positioning and define competitive advantages, and determine budget trade-offs with a goal of continually improving and
- developing sustainable results
- · 20+ years of professional experience, with demonstrated leadership roles.
- · Graduation in any discipline.
