The
Technical Support Engineer ("TSE") will be part of a team of
talented Support Engineers who provide, with courtesy and consideration, the
highest level of user technical assistance possible to internal and external
customers. The position encompasses assisting customers in using in house
applications, troubleshooting the reported bugs, identifying root cause of a
reported problem through log analysis & providing/suggesting fixes.
The role
directly reports to the Director, WW Support and will work very closely with
production operations & Engineering operations team.
