In this position, the RM will be responsible for managing EPM and EIM Line of Business in terms of demand & supply, resource assignments, skill development and Project Delivery management.

 

Applicants must be experienced in project management activities in an IT environment. The primary goal of a Resource Manager is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes and methods.

This position requires only physical activity associated with office routines, as well as the ability to travel to locations within APAC when required.

 

 

Base Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad, India

 

Qualifications:

 

• Minimum 5 resource deployment related activities. 3 years in a capex environment

• Senior experience in outsourced Projects, vendor management and various stakeholders

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Responsible for Capacity planning, Staffing fulfilment and Project assignments in a set geography

• Responsible for Project related mobility consulting team/s

• Support Resource leaders across North America and Europe/Africa in GDC staffing fulfilment

• Work closely with Solutions delivery and Sales team to deliver resource on time to projects

• Support Project financials and Revenue recognition

• Support skills development and training within GDC employee base

• assist in the maintenance of system (Kimble) for Assignments, Resource Timesheets & Expenses, Project cost and P&L.

• Work closely with HR team for upcoming resource requests, shortlisting of candidates, and presenting candidates for consideration
