As Business Operations
Support you will play a critical role in supporting our customer in the
delivery of Engineering Services, covering Electro Magnetic Compatibility
(EMC); Environmental Engineering Department (EED); Compact Antenna Test Range
(CATR) and Product Support Group (PSG). In addition, as you work closely with
the Engineering Accountant and TEMS Site Lead, you will be expected to monitor
and control the spend approval for TEMS, engaging in the Bi-Monthly Business
Reviews with the external service provider.

- Assisting the Engineering Accountant with the annual
TEMS Site Budget (Overhead and Project);
- Working collaboratively with the TEMS Site Lead and
Engineering Accountant on overseeing Forecast and Cost-To-Go, inclusive of
TEMS invoice processing and monthly spend management;
- Developing strong relationships with service owners and
users both locally and across other UK sites;
- Creating and managing purchase requisitions for
component and piece part level, and service deliveries in Engineering
Services;
- Creating and delivering monthly spend reports for
cross-site support of Test Equipment at our Edinburgh site;
- Planning the Test Equipment Maintenance Overhead
monthly cost reporting;
- Working closely with Engineering Services and Central
Finance to review contract status, aligning forecast and spend to monthly
reporting (Material and Labour);
- Test Equipment Asset Management, including management
of asset numbering and control with Central Finance;
- Engaging with the Project Planner regarding labour
activity, booking, and material requirements for the site Test Equipment
Maintenance Overhead.

Qualifications
You will ideally have experience and/or understanding in the following areas;

- Working in a Manufacturing/Production environment;
- SAP Business Objects, used to improve efficiency and
deliver on project structure management within SAP;
- Test Platforms such as Test Equipment Status Analyser,
Capital Application Tracking Tool, SAP Ordering and Invoicing, and
Purchase Request placement and management;
- SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence Console
in aid of Production Orders and Material Management;
- Forming good working relationships with multiple
proficiencies across Engineering, Manufacturing and Procurement functions within
the Radar and Advanced Targeting Business area;
- Knowledge of service delivery in the workplace would be
advantageous, however not essential.

advantageous, however not essential;
