Recruitment Specialist with 5-8yrs of work experience, with very good written
and oral communication. Candidate should be from IT product organization,
Location Bangalore or Hyderabad.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Champion the end-to-end recruiting strategy for
full-time and part-time hires
·
Manage full-cycle recruiting process for our
Business organization ensuring a seamless, uniform and incredibly positive
candidate experience
·
Create and develop a strong network of potential
candidates with an active presence in the market and a deep research-orientated
understanding of the industry
·
Create a database of possible candidates as per the
skill sets
·
Source candidates from relevant networks, online
and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through
networking and research
·
Co-ordinate with hiring managers and interviewers
to manage recruitment process
SKILLS
AND QUALIFICATIONS
·
Experience of in-house in IT domain
·
Operates with an incredible sense of urgency while
not compromising on attention to detail
·
Excellent with passive sourcing and social media
recruitment
·
Networking and mingling with people comes naturally
to you
·
Excellent team player while also being a
self-starter
·
Impeccable written and verbal communications skills
·
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple
channels (web/social/professional networks, etc.)
