Sales Head - Enterprise
Reporting
to: Sales Director
Location:
Mumbai
Objective /
Purpose of duty:
To manage
& grow overall operation & profitability of the Enterprise and also
ensure employee and client satisfaction.
Main
responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achieving, booking
revenue and profit targets for the Vertical. Complete P& L responsibility.
2. Should have been selling in the
Enterprise space for last 5 to 6 years in India.
3. Proven track record of meeting Sales
goals in Enterprise space in India
4. Existing client & partner
relationship in the Enterprise sector.
5. Networking with key decision makers,
industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms & other influences in the
Enterprise sector.
6. Ability to construct & execute a
multiyear business plan.
7. Build & nurture a successful
national sales team addressing the vertical.
8. Indentifying emerging trends &
share the company’s response to participate in Greenfield opportunities in this
sector.
9. Build strong Enterprise value
proposition.
10. Create and drive unique compelling
services that address the business solutions.
11. Develop aggressive hunting strategy
around Enterprise
12. To
interface and communicate effectively with CXO/C- level people.
Experience
& Qualification:
§ Minimum 15+ years
§ Any Graduate with MBA preferred
Knowledge,
skills, and abilities required:
§ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability
to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies
in a diverse community
§ Ability to provide guidance and leadership to
professional personnel
§ Skill in budget preparation and fiscal
management
§ Ability to develop, plan, and implement short
and long-term goals
