Job Title: Sales Manager,
Enterprise Resource Management
Reports to: Deputy Country
Manager, Head of Sales India.
Job Purpose
To
provide high level sales and business development in India (including Bangladesh and
Sri Lanka) covering the Process, Power, Oil & Gas and Marine industries or
specific accounts as assigned by Deputy Country Manager, India.
Dimensions
The post requires the ability to work
at senior management including C-level of our targeted industries and with all
key personnel in the Indian region.
Principal
Accountabilities
·
Plan and implement solution sales strategies, account management, client
relationship development and related aspects as necessary to achieve net
revenue target in the assigned territories within India for COMPANY’s
Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) solutions portfolio.
·
Identifying and realising new business opportunities around ERM
solutions.
·
Plan and organise all related sales activities starting from
prospecting, qualifying, initial contact, arranging techno commercial
presentations, technical demonstrations, quotations and payment collection.
·
Comply with COMPANY price guidelines, licensing policies and other
written and verbal communication from the management.
·
To ensure sales documentations to support revenue booking are duly
signed.
·
To support management with all the market related information
Important Working Relationships
The role requires the ability to work with a various
parties including:
·
Potential and existing customers
·
Internal technical support team for pre-sales demo,
post sales implementation, training and etc.
·
Internal sales team
·
Relevant local and government authorities
Pre-requisites
The candidates should have a minimum six
years’ experience in selling ERP solutions, preferably in Oil &Gas, Power
or Marine. The candidate should have closed at least six to seven major deals
with public sector units across INDIA.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Required
·
A minimum of 6 years working experience in a sales
role
·
Proven ability to develop and implement solution
sales strategies
·
Proven ability to sell at senior management level
·
Knowledge of either the Oil & Gas, Power or
Marine industry
·
Possesses strong business acumen.
·
A minimum graduation degree in Engineering.
·
Possesses good communication and PR skills.
·
Possesses an outstanding record of achievements in
solution selling.
·
Possesses a high degree of drive and enthusiasm.
·
Possesses good analytical and problem solving
skills.
