Summary
/ Job Duty:
This
position demands working knowledge of the technical aspects of Company
Products.
He
/ She must collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements, to
promote the sale of Company products, and to provide sales support. Create
sales or service contracts for products or services by cold calling or through
sales leads. Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer
requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific
solutions. Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs. Visit
potential customers for new business through cold calling. Gather market and
customer information and provide feedback on buying trends. Identify new
markets and business opportunities
The
Field Sales Manager will work directly with the Indian Sales team to perform
product presentations and demonstrations, develop compelling prototypes and
proof of concepts, and provide sales assistance to prospects and customers
Skill
Requirement
Should be a
hard-core sales person with hands on experience in Sales & Business
Development.
Should be
well-versed with the sales cycle/ solution selling approach involving IT
software products.
Should have
carried and successfully delivered annual and Quarterly sales target as an
individual.
Should drive
business growth through aggressive management initiatives that result in
increased revenue growth.
Should
identify, establish, and manage strategic relationships to leverage significant
long -term business opportunities.
Should Ensure customer service and
satisfaction is given highest attention and priority
Qualification
8 – 10 years
of Sales experience in IT Product Sales preferably from Software
Software
selling experience, especially in IT and/or software engineering.
Must have
prior experience working in the ALM domain
Should have
consistent track record of reaching targets.
Education: MBA
or Engineering background will be preferred.
Ability to
create customer interest, answer questions and initiate sales process.
Excellent interpersonal, organization,
computer, writing and presentation skills
