Job Description
I. Hiring Processes
• Consults with and
advises management regarding hiring needs, job specifications, job duties,
qualifications, and skills
• Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
• Initiates contact with possible qualified candidates for specific positions
• Determines which candidates to contact and which to to refer for additional interviews within Pivotal
• Manages the hiring and feedback process for their candidates.
• Determines appropriate recruiting vehicles to leverage for each job opening
• Represents Sapient at various recruiting events
• Develops and maintains contact with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
• Ensures on-going communication with applicants during the recruitment process
II. Communication
• Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

at educational institutions, professional organizations, and job fairs
regarding the organization and it’s opportunities
• Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants

• Works with external
recruiters and freelancers to identify and recruit candidates
• Coaches less experienced recruiters on the team.

• Experience in hiring for IT Technology, IT Product Companies or Engineering companies
• Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task accordingly
• Experience presenting information and responding to questions from groups of clients and the general public
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals of professional journals
• Experience creating reports and writing business correspondence
• Experience solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Proficient with word-processing, spreadsheets, Internet and email software
• Proven ability to work effectively with project teams and clients
