Job Title:  Business Development Manager / Account Manager – IC Role
Qualification: B.E / Any Graduate and MBA (Sales & Marketing)    
Experience: Minimum 7 to max. 10 Yrs of sales exp. (incl.total exp)
Location: Mumbai

Your Activities:
  • Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Achieving Direct sales targets with consultative solution approach and cross sell products
  • Maintaining Strong Relationship with Key/Strategic accounts and play an account manager role
  • Providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets and get business opportunities
  • Have the requisite commercial & business acumen & participate in contracting & commercial negotiation of the bid.
  • Responsible/ Take charge manager for all aspects of the sales cycle including opportunity identification, opportunity analysis, proposals, bid defense, commercials and finally winning the deal
  • Sales Manager must work with the Regional Head to develop new business in the assigned market / territory
