Designation: Consumer Marketing Manager
Experience: 8-12Years
Location: Mumbai

Job Objective -
The primary objective of the Manager, Consumer Marketing is to increase profitable demand for Company consumer products in India.  The key metrics of success are growth of consumer sales, brand stature, and customer loyalty. 
Position Summary:     
S/he will develop and manage programs to achieve sales, brand and loyalty growth for all consumer products in retail, online and other channels.  Success in this position requires the ability to create and identify the most effective programs, leverage resources across the company, and manage the execution of programs to drive results.  S/he must excel at managing & influencing peers, and collaborating with members of other teams. 
Position Responsibilities:
  • Create and identify marketing programs that drive India consumer interest in Company products.
  • Manage programs to maximize long term ROI of marketing budget.  This means delivering programs that generate a high short term ROI and considering programs that might have higher long term ROI.
  • Oversee the planning, tracking and reporting for major product launches
  • Manage strategic planning process for consumer marketing
  • Manage global and local support teams to get creative and media resources needed to achieve results.
  • Evaluate & communicate post-program metrics
  • Establish and own reporting system for the marketing organization, ensuring stakeholders receive appropriate communication optimized to their function and requirements
Essential Skills and Experience  
  • Develop marketing strategies to achieve sales, brand and loyalty goals
  • Manage resources efficiently to attain results
  • Translate customer insights into actions
  • Collaboration with sales stakeholders and other teams
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience managing creative development process  
Specialized Knowledge and Skills (Minimum qualifications needed to perform essential job functions):
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing in B2C space
  • Experience working in global organization preferred
  • Knowledge of security industry is preferred
Essential Education, Skills & Environment (Needed for this job specification):
  • Gradute, MBA or other relevant masters degree preferred
  • 8 – 12 years in a marketing experience
